We offer individuals psychotherapy for family members & caregivers to help navigate challenges, enhance coping strategies & emotional resilience, and reduce burnout.

Treatment Engagement Coaching
At times, individuals with psychosis may not recognize that their experiences reflect symptoms of a mental health condition (e.g., anosognosia), resulting in denial of illness, refusal of treatment, and substantial distress to families and caregivers. To address such challenges, we offer families individualized couching sessions to help them engage their loved ones in treatment.

Healthy Diet &
Nutrition
Many individuals with psychosis may experience substantial weight gain due to poor diet, sedentary lifestyles and side-effects of medications. Such diet and weight gain may have negative impact on their physical health, mood, symptoms, social functioning, and self-esteem.
